We specialize in oblique (angled) aerial photos; (If you need a 'vertical' aerial view, for mapping or planning purposes, we suggest using satellites or high-flying airplanes).

The price you're quoted will vary, depending on the nature of the shoot. However, the example below is consistent with the cost of a local photo flight.

The amount we charge depends on the location and nature of the job. Local photo flights (Nassau County & Western-Central Suffolk County) will range from $450-$600. The "local area" is outlined to give customers a baseline for pricing.

We offer multi-site discounts, which is a great way to save time and money. When you have multiple locations photographed in one flight, we charge less for each additional location. This applies to ALL photo flights (See the example below):

As for fast delivery of aerial photos; as soon as we are done with the aerial part, your Aerial Images are transferred to our computer, individually scrutinized and burned onto a CD. Soon after that, 72DPI copies are uploaded to our website and available for your private view through a password protected page.

Did we say Aerial images cheap!? Yes, depending on your location and nature of your job, price for a typical aerial photography flight starts at $485 (Long Island and Southern Connecticut; please call or email for your low cost aerial imagery flight over other parts of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey). Expect more discounts for multiple and/or repeat sites.
WE take at least thirty (30) aerial views of your site; you'll have plenty to choose from. All aerial images will be copied into a CD and sent to you.

Please note: sizes in green are of the 2:3 ratio which will not trim/crop from the sides of the image (unless you want to zoom-in and have only a portion of the original image, but same height to width proportion, printed).

* IN-HOUSE PRINT'S notes: We generally use premium glossy paper; semi glossy and matte paper are available at the same price, but may take longer. We can trim/crop standard size paper to your special requested size at no cost. We will be happy to EDIT your aerial image - removing 'undesirable' objects (cars, threes etc), adding type and/or markings . This service starts at $15 per image.

Image sizes' Proportion (height to width), Cropping (Trimming), Zooming-in (enlarging and viewing/printing only a portion of the original photograph) and image Resolution.

We hope you'll get a better understanding after reading the following and after examining the examples below (of some Hampton's beachfront properties). Customers of our custom photography (vs. stock) should not be concerned; we'll crop your image per your request and help you through the whole process.

The photographic 'film' ('negative') of last century was replaced by a digital sensor. This sensor, rectangular in shape, is made of millions of light sensitive critters called Pixels. The larger the sensor and the number of pixels, the better [and larger print output] can be produced by that digital camera. (similar to the effect of a larger and more sensitive film of yesteryears).

Prints sizes and height to width ratios. Prints' papers come in many sizes and a few different 'ratios'. Below are the common ratios and sizes. The proportion (height to width) of most sensors in digital cameras is 2:3, 'very' rectangular; so, if you don't want your print to include your left and/or right neighbors, just choose a more square ratio (from the third line below, or even a complete square). Prints' sizes are in inches.

2:3 ratio: 4x6, 8x12, 11x17, 12x18, 20x30, 24x36.

3:4 ratio: 5x7 (a bit less square), 9x12, 16x24, 30x40.

4:5 ratio: 8x10, 8.5x11, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30.

Editing - 'cleaning' your aerial picture...
